Satisfaction Guarantee
Our goal is to give our customers the highest level of service possible, and we recognize that it is essential that our customers can shop knowing that their well-being is protected. We have a large staff of professionals here at Andy's Auto Sport who are absolutely committed to delivering a happy and pleasant experience to each and every one of its customers. We consider it a privilege to have an opportunity to serve our customers, and we do not take lightly the responsibility of fulfilling orders in an accurate, timely fashion.
Have confidence when you order from us. If you are not satisfied with any item you order, you may return it within 30 days from the date of receipt for store credit or for a refund. We guarantee you will be satisfied with the quality of the product you ordered, or your money back in full pursuant to the order fulfillment policies below.
If you receive your order, and you simply change your mind about wanting the product, you may return it but you will not be refunded the shipping charges and you will responsible for a 10% re-stocking fee.
Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and paperwork, and must be packaged properly so as to avoid shipping damage.
Order Fulfillment Policies
There are federal and state laws that protect you, our valuable customers. It is our policy to comply with all applicable laws and we have listed the relevant policies below.
Pursuant to California Business and Professions Code 17538 (a), a Company shall not accept payment from a buyer for the purchase of goods ordered by mail, telephone or internet and allow thirty (30) days to pass, unless a different time period is stated in the advertisement or is consented to by the buyer at the time of placing the order, without doing one of the following:
- Shipping the goods ordered;
- Mailing a full refund to the buyer or refunding their credit card account.
- Sending the buyer written notification (a) advising as to the duration of an expected delay or proposing a substitution of goods of equivalent or superior quality and (b) offering to make a full refund within one week if the buyer requests; or
- Sending a substitution of goods of equivalent or superior quality, if the buyer is given the opportunity to return the goods and the vendor promises that the buyer may return the goods and the vendor promises to pay the cost of returning the goods and refund any portion of the purchase price previously paid by the buyer, in accordance with Section 17538.
If a buyer is permitted to return goods, the Company shall within thirty (30) days of the return of the goods in refundable condition and sufficient information to enable the Company to make the refund, process and send to buyer any refund due to the buyer as a result of the return, pursuant to C.F.R. 226.12(e).
Companies may not solicit orders for sale of merchandise by mail, telephone, fax or internet unless they have a reasonable basis to expect that they can ship such merchandise within the time stated or, if no time is stated clearly and conspicuously, within thirty (30) days after receipt of a properly completed order, as required by 16 C.F.R. section 435.1(a)(1).
Companies may not represent to a buyer that they must pay a cancellation fee or restocking fee if the buyer is entitled to cancel an order and obtain a full refund in accordance with the provisions of Business and Professions Code section 17538 or 16 C.F.R. section 435.
Companies may not send goods after a buyer has canceled an order in accordance with Business and Professions Code 17538(a) and then impose a restocking fee when the buyer returns the unwanted goods.
Companies may not impose a restocking fee when a buyer returns goods that were not the goods that the buyer ordered.
Companies may not impose a restocking fee when a buyer returns defective goods.
Companies may not fail to honor an implied warranty of fitness, pursuant to Civil Code sections 1792.1 and 1792.2.
Companies may not fail to honor an implied warranty of merchantability, pursuant to Civil Code section 1792.
Companies are required to clearly and conspicuously disclose all of the terms of the return/exchange policy for products the Company sells.
Companies shall maintain procedures for providing consumers with accurate delivery estimates at time of ordering and buyer’s options when delays occur, including written notifications for purposes of complying with Business and Professions Code section 17538.

International Orders
We routinely ship products all over the world, and can easily accommodate orders to be shipped outside the United States.

Checking the Status of Your Order
Please always feel free to check with us for information regarding an order you've placed. The easiest way to do so is to either by emailing myorder@andysautosport.com or calling us at 1-800-419-1152. Orders are invoiced by name, so please provide your full name when contacting us.
Shortly after you place an order, your order is assigned an invoice number. You can contact us at any time to get your invoice number, which can be used to look up or reference your order.
Items that are in stock normally take 5 to 10 business days to be delivered. Orders that are not in stock are, on average, delivered 3 to 4 weeks from the time of order. We push very hard to get orders out as quickly as possible.
Return/Exchange Policy and Authorization
If you receive a product that is defective, damaged, has a fitment problem, or is not what you ordered, then you are entitled to a full refund including the shipping charge, pursuant to the order fulfillment guidelines above.
Please be sure you truly want something before you order it. If you simply change your mind, and your order has already been shipped, a 10% re-stocking fee will be assessed if you cancel the order. Also, the shipping cost will not be refunded.
Please contact us should you choose to return or exchange merchandise. This will prevent confusion and will allow us to make arrangements for a pick-up of the merchandise to be returned.
Returned merchandise must include all original packaging and paperwork, and must be packaged properly so as to avoid shipping damage. Returned merchandise that does not arrive in appropriate condition may not be refunded in full.
Andy's Auto Sport packs all merchandise carefully to prevent damage during shipments. Nevertheless, damage may occasionally occur in transit. All shipments are fully insured. It is important that the parts be thoroughly inspected upon receipt for shipping damage. If damage is observed, either note damages in detail on the paperwork when signing for it, or simply refuse it due to damage. Andy's Auto Sport will file a claim with the shipping company and will either ship a new product at no extra charge or refund the customer in full, depending on the customer's preference. If the package is signed for as being in good condition, then the customer takes full responsibility for the product and is releasing Andy's Auto Sport of liability for damage to the product. Every customer is protected against receiving damaged merchandise since every single shipment we send out is fully insured.
Privacy Policy
Any information obtained from our customers in the process of fulfilling orders will not be shared with any other parties whatsoever.
When receiving your order, be certain that you got exactly what you ordered. Remember that if you use, paint, or modify parts ordered in any way whatsoever, you will take over full liability for the parts. We recommend professional installation of automotive aftermarket parts by entities that have experience installing aftermarket products. We have a number of technicians on our staff who are always more than happy to help with any installation questions, so please don't hesitate to contact us if you have any questions.
Finding Products for Your Vehicle
We catalog our items in two different ways on our website: by type of car and by type of part. This provides our customers easy access to the products we have available. To search for products by the type of car you have, click on your make of car from the listing on the right hand side of any page on our website. To search for products by the type of product, click on the general category it falls in from the listing on the left hand side of any page on our website. Every product on our website is listed twice - once in our "search by type of car" catalog and once in our "search by type of product" catalog.
We guarantee that any transaction you place with our company is safe and secure. Our online shopping function is powered by Authorize.net and secured by Verisign. We are committed to protecting our customers' privacy and well-being.
Shipping Information
Prices on our website, in our catalogs, and in our magazine ads do not include shipping and handling charges.
To get shipping prices on particular products, you can either: (1) place the desired items in your online shopping cart and check the shipping price calculated at our electronic check-out, or (2) contact us by calling 1-800-419-1152 or emailing us at info@andysautosport.com.
Shipping prices always depend on the parts ordered and the destination delivery location.
All shipping prices include full insurance. Should your shipment be damaged or lost, we will assume liability for the package and will replace any lost or damaged parts as quickly as possible and at no charge to you.
